Delivery information

We offer free UK delivery as standard with all orders.

Order confirmation

Upon receipt of your order - we will provide you with an email confirming your payment and items ordered. We then allocate the stock to your order and begin preparing the items for dispatch. Should there be a stock issue (multiple sales in the same time window - creating an out of stock item) we will contact you through the telephone number provided, or by email should this fail. You will be offered an alternative available product or a full refund.

Delivering your order

We primarily use DPD and Parcelforce for the majority of our internet orders. When we pass your order to our courier, we will email you with the relevant tracking information so you can keep tabs on your products journey to your doorstep. Upon receipt of your tracking information your items are now the responsibility of the courier, not Kranen - however if required we will always do whatever possible to help in the event an item goes missing or is delayed.

Our couriers will attempt delivery twice. If the second attempt to deliver fails there will be a re-delivery charge incurred by the customer as per the table below:

We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom) There may be additional charges for offshore domestic regions and the Scottish Highlands: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland. If your address is outside of the UK mainland, please contact our team for a delivery quote prior to placing your order: info@kranen.uk.

Damages

Any damages must be reported within 48 hours either via contact number above or via email at info@kranen.uk. Any return of an item pending investigation will incur a £12 collection charge, potentially refundable pending internal investigation.
