Your Kranen 3-in-1 tap or 4-in-1 tap will be dispatched the same working day if ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday) and will be sent via DPD. To ensure we don't let you down, we always quote 2 to 3 working days to deliver your product. You will receive your tracking information when we pass your order to DPD.

We are confident in our 3-in-1 taps and 4-in-1 taps. However, no business is perfect. On the rare occasion an issue arises, we will require pictures of the problem/damage and we will issue a replacement item upon receipt of proof the faulty item is in transit back to us.
